Keep Things Generic

This site is not dedicated to any particular company. Please refrain from publishing any company specific information. Some company specific information, such as expected parking bay, would be considered reasonable. Uploading large amounts of information about your company's fuel policy would not.

Copyright

Please do not publish any information that is protected by copyright. You should be aware that your company's operations manuals may be protected by copyright. Making reference to a Jeppesen page is okay, but copying the text and publishing it is not.

Use Good Formatting

The use of good formatting helps keep the site looking professional. Where possible use a template or copy the layout of another page in the same section. Keeping things standard will make the site look better and will make it easier for the end user. Don't fall into the trap of using to much markup. The emphasis should be on content, not formatting.
